Johnny Marr (played guitar with The The for a number of years)

And yeah, the Simple Minds show in Dublin was awesome. It was the summer of 1986. Lloyd Cole & the Commotions, the Chieftains, Bono made a guest appearance and I made out with a beautiful Irish lass. Ahhh.....[8D] We actually maintained a long distance relationship for a good 2 years afterwards.

Sugarcubes - Killing Joke member Jaz Coleman briefly lived in Iceland and produced an early incarnation of the Sugarcubes called Theyr.

Godley and Creme. Trevor Horn helped produce The History Mix and was even in the video for "Cry".
