Where did you see/read/hear this? Caroline put out remastered editions of The Luxury Gap and Penthouse and Pavement in '97 with a couple extra tracks. I would love a remastered "How Men Are." Videos will be a nice touch. I wonder if they will be new remasters or simply the Caroline discs with a few extra tracks.

Heaven 17's site says the boys have finished final tweaking on "Penthouse and Pavement" remaster. The planned remasters have been in the works awhile from Virgin they are supposed to have bonus tracks.
H17 are also working on a DVD compilation of their promo videos.
Caroline's releases were not done officially by the band.
Virgin has remastered Human League, Simple Minds, Culture Club, OMD etc, with Heaven 17 slated for release this year. Hopefully, Scritti Politti will get the remaster treatment soon.

There really is no reason that the reissues don't have the complete remixes.. either the band chose ones they liked or Virgin is keeping them for another compilation or some sorts. Virgin's Simple Minds reissues didnt have bonus tracks, and the box set didnt have the mixes but the "Platinum Collection" did. Maybe Heaven 17 will get a "Platinum Collection" Also the culture Club reissues did have all bonus tracks and hardly any were on that box set. Which don't get me started on that horrid tracklist that Boy George picked after it was compiled by Jon Moss and then Boy George went back and chose wacky obscure Boy George solo tracks! Whew! I would love to see the original tracklisting by Jon Moss.. He was even shocked that the tracks were changed!
