May 14 2005, geoffolehane asked this; "What are some of your favorite New Wave songs sung in languages other than English?" My favorites are.....
1) Style - Telfon
2) Peter Schilling - Major Tom (Vollig Losgelost),
3) Nena - 99 Luftballoons
4) Falco - Der Kommissar
by the way, did Style do a music video of Telefon? if so, please sendit

I have 2:

1. Auf Der Flucht - Falco
2. Messegluck in Dusseldorf - Frl. Menke : hey, how often do you run across Japanese and German in the same song?

I thought we just did this topic... (to which Marvy was kind enough to point out).

You know on http://adtunes.com/forums/ the moderators have the ability to merge duplicate topics -- this would be an outstanding feature, as we seem to have repeating topics come up on a regular basis. Maybe that's not an option here though.

Huh. Good feature. I'll bring it up to Mike and see if we can do the same here. Thanks Panorama [8D]

Of course, all those songs by Soda Stereo and Virus that are in Spanish (see Music videos sec). Also like 99 Luftballoons by Nena. There are also some Cetu javu tracks in Spanish.
