I never got that impression listening to the radio version of the song. (I dunno if it's the same as the album version). Lindsey's grunts and Stevie's "oh"s sounded so perfunctory that I thought maybe Lindsey was wearing a big, big glove that deadened sensations for both people.

Anyway, I never thought the sounds on that song were sexy. Neither are the S&M-type yelps on the album version of "AEIOU Sometimes Y".

I read somewhere that Stevie and Lindsey were feuding as usual when 'Big Love" was recorded and that's not her at all but some kind of vocal track of someone/something else because she wasn't in the studio.

I'm a big FM fan, but that part of the song cracks me up. It's not sexy at all.
This, on the other hand is awesome. Lindsey is amazing (the guitar playing, not the grunting!).
