Wham! and George Michael

Its been a long time since I said he sucks ( and not just literally ) so I thought I would devote a thread to it.[:D]

Old Wham! (Before Go-Go) is actually not that bad. By the time "Different Corner" came around George Michael did the most shameful thing in his life (and no, I'm not forgetting anything. It was the most shameful). Oh, wait a second. There was that video he made to it to demonstrate that overacting! I stand corrected. :)

Careless Whisper is a great song, and my opinion will never change on that song. Father Figure is also a great song, so I have to respectfully disagree with you, Wham! and George Michael do not, in fact, suck...

(unless you are in the bedroom with him and have some first hand knowledge [:D])

Uh oh, Spaz ... Better not let Frayo hear you say that! Quick - say something nice about Kajagoogoo before he busts out that can of whoop-a$$ on you!

(BTW Spaz I don't know if you saw this in the iPod thread, but I had James Reyne's "Poetry In Motion" going through my head all day yesterday, all thanks to you! "This is poetry, yeah yeah ... this is poetry, yeah yeah ...")

I gotta agree with Dan. With the exception of "...Go-Go," I like Wham's songs. And I like George Michael's solo stuff, too. [:D]

George Michael and Wham made it big everywhere not only in the Philippines, they even had their farewell concert before 72,000 fans in Wembley Stadium. I watched a few times his video of careless whispers, the song was rather.... evocative, however I didn't pay attention to his solo career.
