We know; however, some folks may like the more R&B/Soul sound of The Style Council, I know I enjoyed them, albeit not The Jam... most favorite song: "The Walls Came Down!" [:)]

I go for THE JAM!![;)] Definitely young PAUL WELLER at it's best. I've reviewed his latest LIVE double cd and he included some of his past hits from THE JAM and THE STYLE COUNCIL. Interesting album.[;)]

I like both the Jam and the Style Council, but I could never listen to the music Weller has done in the 90's. His first solo single I liked was "It's Written in the Stars".

Easy... The Jam.
Weirdly, one of the few bands quite connected to this site's style that my dad likes very much. Though, now he also digs Echo And The Bunnymen (which is cool!!).
