Doctor Mix and the Remix

[firefall]

Anybody familiar with this french band? Late 70s synth punk with great fuzzy covers on their only album''Wall of Noise''.They were what came after Metal Urbain and Metal Boys, but with a wider use of their psychedelic rock influence. For all Screamers fans,a true must.

Their album was reissued in 2004(?). I haven't been able to find it in any of my local shops, I should probably just mailorder the thing.

I've got the Metal Urbain and Metal Boys reissues and they are really good. Dr. Mix can't be far off from these others.

''Wall of noise''is exclusively a cover album(among Stooges and Seeds
there is an incredible ''Grey lagoons'' of Roxy Music). An album that grows with every listen.
