The Curse of the Bambino really does exist and there is no escape from it!

The Redsox are finnished rematch of the 1964 world series (NYY vs STL) starts next saturday after the Bosox are spanked by their daddy.

I feel for ya guys.
Being a Met fan I have to shake my head at 'Herr Steingrabber's Dreadnaught/ Juggernaut team who is showing no signs of a pending defeat

Last night Fenway was electric, it was so exciting, in spite of how damn cold it was!! Nothing like Fenway in the fall, especially chilly evenings. Man, it is special.

Chowder heads don't think your going to Yankee Stadium and going to win 2 straight. No one in the history of baseball has come back from an 0-3 deficeit and won four straight to win the series. Infact only twice has that ever happen in sports once in the Lockout (NHL) and once in the America's Cup. Oh yeah once in the movies if one remembers the Bad Luitennit with Harvey Kietel.

Yankees vs. Astros begins Saturday.

Remember Sox fans this is the Babe's fault the curse rides forever....

Yankee Stadium, Game 6, Red Sox up 4-0 in the 4th inning with Schilling pitching. It's still too early in the game, but a game 7 is looming more and more for this series. QL, you seem to be quiet lately.

That was a heroic performance by Schilling in game six. But there is no way they are going to win game seven. Remember The Curse of the Babe does'nt take effect until it has to. One game left...

Remember the Babe "2 out in the bottom of the 9th 3-2 Boston here in game six at Shea, Keven Scheraldi on the mound Keven Mitchell at 3rd, Lee Mazilli at 2nd, the 1-2 pitch to Mooky Wilson...Ground ball to 1st....OHhhh Nooooo...the ball goes through the legs of Bill Buckner...."

I rest my case the Babe lives! and so does the Curse!

QL, you do like to rile us Boston fans don't you, even if just for fun. Game 7, and hopefully Boston will do it. They certainly gave the Yankees and their fans reason to be anxious now, especially after they were written off after the game 3 blowout. Win or lose, again I'm proud of the heart of yet another fine Red Sox team, there's just nothing else like them in my book.

At least we're getting some REAL entertainment value for all the gazillions of dollars spent on these ballplayers.

Remember I too have something at stake in this also. I place $200 to win $250 on the series on the Yanks. If they loose I will be out $450.

Argh and I thought this was EZ money [:p]
