Current Smashing Pumpkins Tour?

Just finished the CT gig. Most schizophrenic concert I've ever been to. Musically, the Pumpkins were actually better than their 2000 farewell "Machina" tour. Things like "Tonight Tonight" were epically massive with the 10-piece setup they had. My favorite Siamese Dream album cut, "Mayonaise", rocked my world. From my ridiculously great seats, I could marvel at Corgan's truly virtuous guitar playing, which peaked with the Hendrix send-up of the national anthem. He really was pretty amazing.
But then there's the other half of the schizophrenia. Everything else except the few punctuations of their great songs was a supremely self-indulgent shitfest. What the holy fuck?! On the setlist below, the last five tracks of the main set literally look almost an hour and a half of the nearly 3 hour set. And the encore had to be the worst encore choice ever in the history of rock and roll...completely useless giant conga drums, rubber birds reverbing into the mics, rambling lyricless amalgam of Faust meets Sabbath meets Floyd meets Zeppelin meets Yes. People were walking out during the encore. No wonder D'Arcy and James hate this cunt. I'm so fucking done with Billy Corgan. What a fucking cock.

I went to a Laker game at Staples Center a few years ago and spotted Billy Corgan and Flea sitting front row, right on the court. The kind of seats you'd kill your mother for.
Corgan didn't smile ONCE or bother to watch the game. He just sat there looking bored, talking to Flea all night long. Sorry you had to drag yourself out of the house to subject yourself to this boredom, Billy.
Why the hell get front row seats at a premiere sports event if you're not gonna enjoy it? I was frickin mortified.
