Pet Shop Boys N.A. Tour

Post past and present concert & album reviews and interviews.

Thanks for the review! I was hoping to go to the Seattle show, but couldn't make it. Regarding the acoustics, my brother had the same issue with a Tears For Fears show at the Moore Theater in the 90s.

Did you see them on the Fundemental tour? I enjoyed that show, but wouldn't say it was stood out much for me. Of the two times I've seen them, the 2002 tour was by far my favorite(saw them in L.A.).

I'm stoked for the show tonight. Got Pet Shop Boys radio going on Pandora at work today.

Actually (pardon the pun), this was the first time I'd ever seen them. They were my biggest indulgence from the age of 16 back in the 80's, but I went off them after about Behaviour, because I wasn't into the direction they were taking.

I'm now 37 and I jumped at the chance to see them. I'm glad I did. I hope they do a few more tours before calling it a day.

Loved it. Great show. Even the Mrs loved it (though she was bummed they didn't play Sexy Northerner -- probably the only PSB tune she knows by title).

I love that they used the swing version of Can You Forgive Her. The Kings Cross/The Way It Used To Be part dragged a little, but otherwise, it was a great night.

<br>This tour is glory and magnificence of the highest order. The Boys were in TOP form that night. And after the show, I've never seen them so friendly or in such high spirits. Best tour since Nightlife. It was great to hear Being Boring unadulterated. I wasn't crazy about the deconstructed version done during Nightlife. The lab / construction workers in the white lab coats revising the sets in between songs with the medleys of old and new PSB...completely, totally genius. I do hope there's a DVD of this in store for us.
