"Shock" DVD+CD! (Landscape & Visage related)

"Shock" DVD+CD! (Landscape & Visage related)

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned here before, but I just saw now that Shock released a DVD with original performances from the early 80s, plus a CD with 9 tracks (7" & 12" versions of their two Landscape/Visage produced/related singles, plus an unreleased demo).

The real issue is whether these are CDR/DVDRs or pressed. Sometimes these artist-released discs are not pressed.

DVDRs will disintegrate within 5 years and CDRs are also vulnerable.

the chances are they will be dvdrs but this is due to the fact that these are sold by the artists themselves no record company is involved or supporting them. I purchased all the Tik & Tok cd's from that website and have to say i was pleased with what i got...signed discs, nice quality artwork etc...also it is good to know your money is actually going to the artist.

many of these things are not available and probably will never be so being able to purchase them is a good thing.

if you are worried about disc disintigration try backing up inportant discs [;)]
