music discussion podcasts -- any suggestions?

Postby bpdp3 » Wed Feb 09, 2011 2:26 am

I'm looking for audio podcasts that are not just playing music, but are more based on discussing music. Reviewing current releases, etc. (are there any where obsure new wave era releases are discussed?)

I'm familiar with "Sound Opinions", "Music Heads" (Minnesota public radio) and NPR's "All Songs Considered" -- looking for things along those lines.

Searching for audio podcasts on i-tunes is a nightmare.

If this topic is already out there, I apologize, maybe someone can point me to it?

thanks for the reply, will absolutely make a point of checking these out.

Yes, I just listened to the electronic episode - very good...was surprised by how much the Factory Floor track at the end sounded like so many of my old Wax Trax 12"ers.
