fast action flick- totally ludicrous plot

a guy is injected with a Chinese herb that causes the release of epinehrine- causing incredible pounding and imminent heart attack
he needs injections of some serum to slow things down or he will die
an actress from saturday night live is also in it

Crank 2: High Voltage - totally as stoopid as the previous film - then again all Statham films are pretty silly
