80s hair bands

Postby retrophil06 » Sun Apr 03, 2011 11:31 am

I need some help to come up with 80s hair bands - so far i thought of Bang Tango, Dirty Looks, Junkyard, Dangerous Toys, Y&T, Danger Danger, TNT, Extreme, - of course i know of the not so rare band like Poison, G&R, Dio, etc - i just need help with some of the more obscure hair bands

I'm sure a list of hair metal bands will be hard to find on the interwebs. Keep rockin'. Hope you can find what you're looking for.

is this a trick question.... like in Talladega Nights "We have it for profiling reasons. We also have Pet Shop Boys and Seal" [:D]

from Sweden there was Europe... and the lesser known Treat, 220 Volt...
from Norway there were TNT, Stage Dolls and Da Vinci..

from Canada I know Harem Scarem.... rather melodic rock.

from Germany there were Scorpions.. and lesser known but just as good Bonfire and Zeno...

from Denmark there were Pretty Maids... and also White Lion..

from US I like Dokken, Danger Danger... [:D]

Holy crap, why was that so good?

Also am I the only person who thinks that the very beggining of this song sounds like a coffee commercial from the 80's? "7 AM waking up in the morning, gotta be fresh gotta go downstairs...THE BEST PART OF WAKIN' UP! IS FOLGER'S IN YOUR CUUUUP!"
