I have to say that I was seriously impressed with the Canucks last night. They matched the Bruins hit for hit and size and strength of those goons was a total NON-factor last night. People who make fun of the Sedin sisters are grossly misinformed twats who know nothing about the rest of our team (see video above). Look for the Canucks to skate even faster in Game 2, leaving the Bruins in their dust.
There have been a lot of games this year where I sat at the edge of my seat with my heart stopped, worried about the Hawks or the Predators or the Sharks scoring...but last night I didn't have that sense more than once or twice. The Bruins look like a scene out of Slapshot.
And hey, if you stick a finger in someone's mouth, they're going to bite it.

With all this talk about Winnipeg finally getting a team, the talk here is about Toronto getting a second NHL team. Shouldn't we be work on getting a first NHL team before trying for a second?

On the contrary, if anything, I still think there's a conspiracy of the NHL and the referees against the Canucks. We have taken a ton of questionable penalties and the first call tonight on Bieksa was NOT a penalty. Its fucking bullshit.

On a lighter note, everyone wants a sweep, if for no other reason than I haven't washed my Canucks jersey since the playoffs started...and I have no plans of washing it now until we win the Cup!!!
