I don't claim to be an expert on New Wave (far from it). My pet peeve with this board is when NW topics get derailed into discussions about Dance Pop Hits or (even more bizarre) Glenn Beck. It's like going to a Star Trek convention and having a guy from the Indiana Jones movies up on the podium with Shatner and co. Huh? Wha? Why is he there? I thought this was a Star Trek convention?
There are about 5 music acts that I would consider myself an expert in and none of them are NW hence I never bring them up on this forum. See what I mean?
