Well, I can't bring myself to say the better team won, but the team who actually showed up in all 7 games of the 7 game series deserved to win and it sure wasn't the Canucks. The Bruins wanted it a lot more than our guys and showed a hell of a lot more guts.

I'm most disappointed for my son, he is so fully bought in to the Canucks, he is crushed. At least he's smart enough to be thoroughly disgusted by the riot.

I'm not surprised by the riot, but it is such a contrast to the beautiful, quiet sunset I watched on my way home after dinner.

Just watched some of the riot footage. Wow, I can't believe people were standing in front of the burning cars and posing for photos. And then others were posing in front of the line of police officers. The YouTube generation ...

Starting to hear stories from friends in law enforcement about dozens of backbacks that were confiscated yesterday containing lighter fluid and crowbars. Sounds like there were people heading downtown with only one purpose, and that purpose didn't have anything to do with hockey. Idiots.
