My office allows us to have a beer after work, so I grabbed one today. I bypassed a Stella because I must be a masochist. Instead, I got a Shiner Ruby Redbird. "Beer brewed with Texas Ruby Red grapefruit juice and ginger" it says on the label.

Damn, Zima is a masterpiece compared to this. At least I didn't pay for it.

Agreed. You passed on the Pearl Beer? I've never tasted gorilla piss, but I envision it tasting something like this.

I would take a silver metal any day over the cheapass plywood trophy given to the city of Vancouver.
Before they take it down zill, you might what to grab a section just to remember how great of a Cunuck season this was . [:p]

Spit, you can cheapen it any way you like, I don't care what you think. I know we lost. And a group of losers rioted. Yada yada yada.

But the next day 15,000 people showed up, many taking vacation days from work, and pitched in on a volunteer basis to clean up the mess. And a great outcry of anger poured out against the hooligans that did this, and VPD is collecting thousands of images and tips that are flooding in from concerned citizens who want to see these idiots held accountable. And slowly hope for the future is returning to a city suffering an emotional loss and a big black eye.

I still love the Canucks and I love this city. There's nowhere else I'd sooner be than right here, right now. We'll be back to the Cup final next year, baby!!!

(Oh, and I can start the 2011/12 Fucking Canucks thread now if you like!)

While some others just paid it lip service and sat around complaining about it on a new wave message board. [:o)]

Hey, who had time to clean up? There were far too many deals on eBay and Craig's list to take advantage of!

Yeah, I know. It all started with the President's Trophy comments and if the Canucks had won I would have had the last laugh. They did pretty well compared to many prior winners, but not well enough.

When the Canucks win next year, it will be doubly sweet rubbing it in.
