How is everybody?
I have not posted in quite some time but the other night I had stumbled across a recording that I had no idea even existed. The fun part about this is even after 10 years of being heavily involved with obscure 80's music I can still find a new discovery that wins me over after just one listen.
So I am sure a lot of you are familiar with this recording.

David Fenton, lead singer of The Vapors released this absolutely brilliant single in 1983. The single obviously did not do anything but it's very much deserving of some recognition.
Does anyone know what David Fenton is currently doing today? I have tried to search for him in past years to talk about his career with The Vapors but now I have even more of a reason to engage in conversation with him.
PS. Does anyone have a copy of this record they want to sell? I really would love to add this to my 45 collection. Thank you.

Just listened to it on Discogs. The a-side is a dirge and the b-side is a Depeche Mode knockoff. I'll pass.

An interesting single, wasn't aware of it. Would be great without guitars. but still very nice. Thanks for telling about it!
