Whilst being wildly excited at the existence of mixes of i plead insanity (surely the killer single that never was) and pettibone dub of heaven, one is upset at the omission of the dub of i feel free....

So Demon didn't get the rights to release the "Belinda" album from from the other label to release it as part of this 2cd/dvd collection. That's too bad.

I think we should contact Demon Music to see if they sought the approval to release the "Belinda" album from I.R.S. Records to release it as part of this 2CD/DVD collection or not first. I wouldn't conclude anything in advance. Also would like to see 1996's "A Woman And A Man" originally released by Chrysalis Records getting reissued in as the same way. But that's another story.

Personally, I enjoyed this album tremendously. My older sister played the record so much, it wore out I think. I will most likely buy this, as there are a bunch of good tracks on here. Arguably her best solo disc IMO. She's sold at least one when it gets released.

I'm curious if there will be anything interesting on the "Viola" bonus disc. The original US release already comes with a bonus CD of English language versions. Despite the bad cover art, this is a great album. It's even got Brian Eno on a couple of tracks!

Well, the deluxe edition of Voila will just contain the same four English language tracks that were on the original US release. New liner notes, lyrics, and track-by-track annotation, but no extra music. :(

"Belinda" will have five bonus tracks (12" mixes and a b-side) plus a live concert DVD:

"A Woman and a Man" gets the full 3-disc treatment with remixes, acoustic versions, b-sides and live tracks plus a DVD with promo videos:
