They don't have it in stock at Amazon as it's not been released yet. The release date is the 8th July http://www.find-cd.co.uk/cds/B00CI5MYA4 ... rities.htm

I thought that Cherry Red sell from their site for a couple of weeks before letting anybody else have it.

No, I always buy via:
http://www.bol.com/nl/index.html

Besides, it didn't come in a slipcase (which I thought it would be)
but in a jewel case with obi-strip (looks cool really).

After a couple of listenings, I can fairly say that this compilation is very well executed. Sound is not over-compressed or brickwalled.

However, I would have preferred a booklet instead of a fold out cover.
The obi-strip can be easily removed (optionally).

There is ONE thing that I'd like to have confirmed here in the near future. On my copy, the 2nd track from disc 2 (Some People (Dub) seems to have a little audio distortion (crackling sound) after 3 minutes and 52 seconds.

Because all the tracks are from the original master tapes, it's no vinyl pops or whatever. It lasts for about 1 second and I think it's probably only my copy. So I would like to know if anybody has the same experience or that it's only me.

Its kinda weird. Amazon US is selling this for $18,99 now and release date is tomorrow June. 25th. I ordered mine on Jun. 22nd for only $15.99 plus shipping. Damn cheap for a new import. I guess they must've bumped up the price. It all sounds too good to be true. I'll let u all know when i receive it.

I don't blame amazon or any other online store for this delay i blame Cherry Red who give out release dates and don't distribute them on that required date.

On Amazon US it's listed as an import yet unless you order from Cherry Red directly that's the only place you can actually buy it that has it in stock. I also noticed on the marketplace on Amazon US quite a few UK based sellers offering this yet they are not on Amazon UK. Total shambles of a release[V]

i've noticed recently on Amazon US several new imports being sold at substantially discounted prices which might make it more favorable to buy if you live in the UK because of the dollar/pound conversion rate.
