In its first 24 years, the College Media Journal end of year Top 20, one and only one band hit the top 2o in consecutive years with the same album. It was 1982-3. Guess the band and I think you can guess the album.

I scanned my iTunes under 1982, and it immediately jumped out. Then I tried looking for the charts - why the hell are these things so hard to find? I couldn't find anything. It seems these guys, Billboard, etc consider it protected IP or something.
