Any more info about this band?

The band name is Brian and this is their single. They sounded like Ian Broudie of Lightning Seeds. I searched discogs and found out they released 2 albums. One in 1992 and 1999. Is that basically it?

I have never heard about it,however I am not in the local place so you can just regard me as passing by and you can ignore what I have left by.
Do more research on google may help you a lot.
