New Pseudo Echo‎ CD – Ultraviolet

New Pseudo Echo‎ CD – Ultraviolet

Postby Danielwaver » Mon Jun 02, 2014 7:24 pm

Their new CD was released two months ago and I got my copy just last week. Although I have spinned it only a few times, it really sounds good. They are back to their Autumnal Park days and carry on with cool synth music. As with all older bands, they are trying to sound modern to appeal to a different generation too.

I got invloved in a "pledge" to have this released. Long story short, here's where I got mine but you need to check and see if it's there for sale still:

Seems to be available on cd only on the upcoming shows - wasn't aware of this Pledgemusic campaign, unfortunately. It is not possible to buy via pledgemusic any longer.

I find it hard to believe a major artist like Pseudo Echo releases an album after 14 years & it goes basically unnoticed till now. No previous posting on this site, nor on This is not retro or slicing up eyeballs etc. When it is finally posted, it is after the fact & too late to purchase on Pledge music...as least it can be downloaded on Amazon but I'd rather have physical CD

Exactly. Before posting this I was trying to find where this is posted so that I could just add my comments regarding the album itself. I was quite surprised there was nothing in here whatsoever.

Couldn't agree more! I didn't even know this was available, but happy to hear it! They sound great, and it's nice to see they stayed true to their early style!!

Agreed! Thank goodness it doesn't sound like Race.

I downloaded it from Amazon; it's good. I had to adjust the track numbers in iTunes and replace the artwork, but other than that, I'm quite happy with it.

For those who have not heard or bought this one, it's an AMZAING album. Vintage Pseudo Echo at their best. Brian Canham stayed true to the "Autumnal Park" sound and his voice is better than ever!
