'Junk Culture' isn't a good enough album on its own to justify excluding any extra tracks.
Oh well, someone else can pay their bills this time.

What U.S. remixes are you going on about :?:

In this instance, "Tesla Girls". But it's been a problem with many releases over the years.
Truth be told, it really doesn't bother me much anymore. It used to. And it relights the fire a bit when I see it happen again.

I just hope they continue this set. There was 5 years between the first lot and Dazzle Ships, and then another 6 years to Junk Culture. DVDs aren't extremely necessary (as all the music videos are on Messages) but would be welcome. I can see them filling up a second disc of mixes for Sugar Tax.

If you check out the OMD forum there are mistakes on this. Wrappup on disc 2 plays the normal version of All Wrapped Up the extended mix of Talking Loud And Clear is edited down to 6 minutes meaning the first part is missing also they have put the single edit of Tesla Girls on the main album :(

I think I'll pass ... no, I know I'll pass

There is now a confirmation of these errors because of the timings on amazon UK:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Junk-Culture-Or ... DWT75KXRRQ

*update* Track times seem to be removed from amazon.uk.

There's also a fade out that is shorted on Love And Violence!

Why Oh Why Oh Why ???!!!

It’s been confirmed

1. Tesla Girls is indeed the 7″ edit.
2. Love and Violence is indeed a shorter edit than the 4.40 minutes on the original album.
3. Wrappup has been replaced by All Wrapped Up.
4. Talking Loud and Clear [extended version] omits the intro.

Order cancelled if they are not going to put any effort into doing this right then they can shove it

That only counts for the 2nd disc, because the statement made by that site is clear on the rest:

"Tesla Girls on CD 1 is also reportedly the seven-inch edit rather than the album version
(SDE has not been album to confirm this) and there are reports that Love and Violence
might be a slightly different alternate version. If this is the case these will not be corrected
since CD 1 is not being repressed."

How ridiculous to only look at the 2nd disc and leave the mess on the 1st disc! :?

It has been pointed out already on Amazon Germany and a guy called "Eric" at SuperDeluxeEdition.com. There is indeed a brushed-out "J" before "ORCHESTRAL" on the digipack cover. "JORCHESTRAL" was originally printed on it.

According to me, the whole Deluxe reissue seems to be an intentional sabotage.

I agree this has been handled badly. To be honest I can probably live with the 7" edit of Tesla Girls being on there, but the other errors were pretty silly imo. I think they could've even added the 7" edits onto the end of the first disc. The cover art muckup is unacceptable.

Wow haven't been on this site since start of year. I have the JC 2015 CD and i can't see no J brushed out. Disc 2 has already started to arrive (only 5 days)? later than release. I have contacted for replacement today on hearing the replacements have started arriving already. Also it's apparently an unreleased version of Tesla rather than 7" as no T-T-Tesla girls. All info and many responces can be seen on SDE and FB. Andy's response was another slap in the face IMO. Oh and some other tracks like 'Locomotion' 12" has a few seconds missing apparently which again IMO is another mistake
