I guess back in the day, even The Art of Noise had enough of ZTT's shit .

I'm aware they are post-ZTT (see thread title) but it seems that perhaps ZTT bought the rights.

Just a note here. It was mentioned elsewhere that the rights to the Art of Noise China catalog currently belongs to Warner Music UK, and thus it is likely that the cancellation is related to them.

I don't know ultimately who is responsible for this not happening, but frankly it's disgusting regardless. If ZTT wasn't the ones who cancelled this project, then I can't see why they wouldn't issue a statement about who/what IS responsible.

Record labels are basically completely clueless about what people want, even when people flat out make it obvious what it is. The cancellation of these reissues is way beyond disappointing.

I wish the person who had the tapes in the first place would come back and distribute the contents. I'd be quite willing to pay him.
