My copy just arrived in the mail today and I am listening to it right now...great job!

If I may humbly offer suggestions for future volumes:

ABC - "Look Of Love" (12" mix released in America - I'll have to check my record when I get home)

Hey Sean,
Thanks, glad you like the cd! Working on RA4 at the moment and hoping to get a summer release, so I hope you kids don't go spending all your money on candy!

Alex-
I'm listening to RA3 right now and it sounds great. I never thought I would live to say that I like a INXS song!
For RA4 I assume you have Blue Peter in mind.
Here's anothjer suggestion (I know, you don't have enough already!);
Klaus Nomi releas

What do you think about my idea of putting the pictures of the 12" cover art in the liner notes?

by **Alex Hush** » Fri Feb 18, 2005 10:19 am

Hey Sean,
It's a cool idea but very unlikely. The hoops to go through getting the rights to reproduce any of the artwork is much tougher than getting the tracks themselves in many cases. Sorry.

No problem Alex.

Just thought I toss the idea out there. I still love the Retro:Active series.

On sorta the same topic, if there's ever another "Retro:Remixed" compilation, any chance you can get Propaganda's "Duel (y2k mix)"? It was an MP3 download on their web site around the start of 2000, when they were hinting at reuniting the original lineup

And also is there an ETA for the next RA CD?

Ah nice one Lazlo! I will enquire. Working on Retro:Remixed2 right now. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Alex

Could I make a few of suggestions for RA4?

The Light - Contrasting Strangers (Temptation Mix) [Inevitable]
Savage Progress - Burning Bush (Testify) (Mad Mix) [TEN]
Howard Hughes and The Western Approaches - Buffalo Bill (12") [Abstract]

Alex, there is a Trance version of Fake's "Brick" on several French compilation CD's. It would be nice to get the extended version of this on Retro Remixed 2.
