Tell him to not surround himself with himself, and move on back to squares.

No offense to you, but I always thought bands like Yes show what can go horribly wrong with rock.

Isn't art-rock crap like Yes the reason we have Punk and New Wave?

Sorry, but I stand by my statement. Art-Rock like Yes, ELP, Kansas, and other self-indulgent swill like it are the reason why mainstream rock was so tedious in the mid-1970's, and why punk and new wave were such a breath of fresh air.

Back in the early 80's, I remember friends that were more or less "Anti- New Wave/Punk" & they were always "Into" Yes/Kansas/Genesis/ELP ect.

Just got back from the 5 hour drive from Atlanta.
OK! It was actually 4 hours, cause I did 80 Up I-85N :)

1st...I loved the Legend Soundtrack.
