I'm putting together the tutorial to help everyone connect. I'll send out invites this evening.

I'm on a Mac also. Let me know if anyone figures out how to do this with a Mac. So far Limewire is the only P2P I've had luck with since the demise of Napster.

To Dan and others, it looks like we don't have a good Mac client yet, although DC++ Mac looks to be the most promising but is still in apha-1. I got a note that current clients include NeoModus Direct Connect, MacDC++Alpha, DCGUI V0.217, v0.219, v0.3a and compiled (but reasonably stable) v0.32 and v0.33, and ShakesPeer which was stopped to develop MacDC++. I'm gonna take a peek at some of these.

I might have to join from my PC but very little of my music is there.

OK everyone - get onto the hub with your files. I just did my first test run and downloaded the whole 'Belfegore' LP from natephish. This is a good thing, let's get those files up for everyone. I only have about maybe 4,000 tracks loaded right now, but will work on uploading LP's into specific artist files for anyone interested. E-mail me, or outpost people, for LP's you hope to find uploaded.

The possibilities here are endless. In a matter of minutes, you can have a full LP downloaded that you have wanted for years.

Thanks Disintegration for getting this running for us.

For MAC users, I have used Direct Connect and logged on. I have already downloaded a complete album. When it asks for a password use the one given in the directions e-mailed to you (on page 4). Please log on and share. As of now it seems mac users do not show up on the Windows users browsers. I have a mac and can see their files fine (and they download fine), but I can't share. Other Mac users need to try this also. Hopefully it can be fixed, but if not, maybe Mac users can still share between other Mac users.

Enjoy, my friend. I ripped that because I knew it'd be a big hit with all of you. I had an idea for a hub for a long time, just never had the ambition to start one up. I'm an OP (sort of administration there), so if anyone needs anything or has any questions, just e-mail me (Natephish@gmail.com).

OK - now I fixed my files, uploaded the right ones, so should be maybe 6,000 to 8,000 tracks in there now, for starters, many more will follow. Hope you find some of interest.

I will say I am pretty picky, so if there is a defective file, I am not aware of it, except the two folders which clearly indicate this.

Thanks for the Belfegore natephish!!
