Off the top of my head, at least the recognizable bands in the new wave and "next" wave areas...

Echo & the Bunnymen
Morrissey
New York Dolls
The Plimsouls
The Dead Kennedys
The English Beat
World Party
British Sea Power
The Killers
Goldfrapp
The Zutons
Boy Kill Boy
Richard Hawley
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah
Brakes
Metric
The Subways
Electric Soft Parade
White Rose Movement
Gomez
The Dears

I'm sure I'm forgetting many, but more importantly, I hate to think of all the ones I missed too...Thomas Dolby, Buzzcocks, Lena Lovich, Numan, etc.

The Go-Go's
A Flock Of Seagulls (Mike Score)
ABC (Martin Fry)
Naked Eyes (Pete Byrne)

I was fortunate to meet Mike, Martin and Pete after the shows, talk with them and have them sign my album but The Go-Go's wanted no part of that, they still put on a good show!

I met Keren and Sara of Banarana as well in NYC, gotta love VIP access!

Anyway, I look forward to 2007 I already have Jonathan Richman booked for next month, and possibly The Smithereens as well. I saw in 2005 with Joan Jet and TMBG but only caught the end of their performance.

I have seen some of my all time favorites..
fixx twice (hung out with Cy and the boys)
Outfield (twice)
FOS Mike, and he was very nice.
Berlin (that is a story all to it's self)
Motels
and being in radio I have had the oprotunity to see a ton of rock performers etc. (I don't want to show off)
But I didn't get to see Pet of Naked eyes on of my favorites and Martin of ABC my alltime favorite band.
Was it a good show???

Agent Orange
The Prids
The Epoxies
Buzzcocks
Morningwood
The Fixx
Burning Spear
Toots and the Maytals
Third World
The Abyssinnians

We don't get many "current" bands, or the old New Wave faves, but we do get a ton of reggae, which I love.

I didn't go out much:

Imperative Reaction/Covenant/Rotersand in NYC.

(not new wave, but some Covenant songs might appeal to some new wave fans)

I've got to see (not including Argentinian bands):
U2
Franz Ferdinand
Jamiroquai
Ian Brown
New Order

Wasn't that bad... at all. [:D]
Especially cos I've got to see New Order... which was my dream.
