Hey lundinbleu i read in an old thread here that you are looking for gino latino's "welcome" fortunately i have that copy. are you willing to trade your "fine time/don't do it" single with it?
[/quote]

Someone posted the mp3 of gino latino. Sorry, no, I'm not willing to trade the Fine Time single for it. I can't part with my New Order treasures! An mp3 I can help with you though...

Seeing the posts for Dubvulture reminded me of something I once had but lost. There was a DJ remix of Sub-culture a number of years ago. Had a very redone rhythm, probably for dance floor consumption. Great stuff, much better than the Sub-culture mix on "substance." Looked here: http://www.niagara.edu/neworder/subculture but I don't think it was a Razormaid mix, but I could be wrong.

Anyone have a guess and/or a copy to share?

Thanks for reposting those Lundi. Here, have a vintage interview and performances of Ceremony along with Love Will Tear Us Apart:

Anyone have any mixes of Love Vigilantes? Do any others exist besides the simply titled "remix" that I have?

lundibleu - I'm certain that it was original vocals and without female backing. I also recall that it remix was done by a well-know DJ, but can't remember who it was for the life of me.

Ah, I do recall that the rhythm included an entirely new part, something that sounded like gears grinding. I also recall that the baseline was changed to sound less like the original techno and more like a disco beat.

Any thoughts or guesses would be appreciated.

Marv, I only know of the "remix". I believe it's unofficial, anyway. I do have a few covers of it that aren't TOO bad, and of course live versions.

Here's a funny novelty item from New Order. In the 80s they did an advert (commercial) for Sunkist. The sound quality isn't that great though.
