If that's what I have to listen to while I work out, I think I'll just sit on the couch and eat Doritos and watch t.v.

I dunno Hutter, I've got the "Body By Jake - Don't Quit" OST, it's got far less well-known artists on it.

OK, I'll redeem this thread from the dregs of bad taste. [;)] Last year I made a "Rev Up" mix of punk and power pop tunes that never fails to power me through my workouts when I really need motivation. (By the way, my knee, that I blew out last year and had major ACL reconstruction on, is good enough now to handle RUNNING! I'm in better shape now than I was at age 30! Who would have thunk--and I'm going to be 45 in a couple weeks! [:D] And I've lost 15 lbs. since the last photos I posted here. I can't believe I have biceps and shoulder muscles again!)

Here's the playlist:
Revillo's - Rev Up!
Clash - I Fought the Law
Stray Cats - (She's) Sexy and 17
Fabulous Poodles - Anna Rexia
Beat Farmers - Goldmine
X - White Girl
Marshall Crenshaw - Someday, Someway
Ramones - Rock and Roll High School
The Saints - This Perfect Day
Jim Carroll Band - Three Sisters
Husker Du - Could You Be the One?
Replacements - I Will Dare
Bangles - Tell Me
Plimsouls - A Million Miles Away
Iggy Pop - Real Wild Child (Wild One)
Romantics - She's Got Everything
English Beat - Best Friend
Rockpile - If Sugar Was as Sweet as You
The Beat - Working Too Hard
Sugarcubes - Motorcrash
Devo - Girl U Want
Smithereens - Time and Time Again

Polka rules. And I don't mean that cheesy chicken dance shit or the beer barrel polka. [:D]

Thanks, Rubbeet. Actually, I just woke up and rushed to the computer, because I wanted to edit out that part of my last post that you quoted. I didn't want to appear to be bragging, especially in a thread about music. Oh, well. [:I] Good to hear from you. [:)]
